Carolyn Smith is a Certified Yoga Teacher with over 1000 hours of training and over 2000 hours of teaching. She is currently a Doctor of Physical Therapy at Tufts University.
In her class you will experience functional yoga that is alignment-based and anatomy inspired. She seamlessly weaves posture with the breath, uses current body science to support the ancient practice of yoga, and offers a focus of mindfulness and meditation from beginning to end. She believes your yoga should feel good, be functional and sustainable.
Carolyn's classes are accessible and she encourages you to practice at your own level and present experience.
